Future living space

This part of the city is turning into a new neighborhood where daily life will feel both connected and balanced. Two major residential projects are beginning construction nearby, with permits already approved, bringing around 3,800 new flats to the area. Our project is adding to this growth and is helping shape the character of the neighborhood. A bus stop is located directly in front of the site, making it easy to reach other parts of the city. Furthermore, one of the country’s largest malls is just around the corner for shopping, services, and entertainment. Parks and open spaces are within easy reach, creating room for relaxation and community life. As the area develops, it is steadily becoming a natural extension of the city center. Moving here now means joining early with more space, quieter surroundings, and the opportunity to grow with the neighborhood.

Commercial Spaces for Everyday Living

Our project is located near one of the biggest shopping malls in the country, which means that it has access to a variety of stores and shops. Therefore, we decided to design our commercial spaces to be more fitted to the everyday needs of the residents. A bakery for morning bread, fresh seasonal produce nearby, simple services, or a quiet corner for coffee and conversation. Everything is practical, useful, and easy to include in everyday routines. Nothing more than necessary, but nothing missing either

Meat and Cheese Shop

A small store focused on locally sourced fresh meats and traditional cheeses. It offers a direct connection to regional producers and a sense of quality. The suppliers for this store will be carefully chosen and will service the entire neighborhood which guarantees fresh products everyday.

Vegetable and Greens Store

A modest selection of vegetables and greens, grown in-house. There is no excess here, just what is fresh, what is ready, and what belongs to the season. The supply is steady, the origin is known.

Grocery Store

A well-known grocery chain will be part of the ground floor. It will carry the basics , the things people reach for most often. Its presence is quiet but important.

(Tone)

A new free-standing building is taking shape in the neighborhood. Its purpose is clear from the start it will be home to a Tone. The design is focused on a single function: making and serving fresh bread and pastries. Large windows will open the interior to the street, letting the smell of baking carry outside. Its role is more than serving food. It becomes a small landmark a place to pause in the morning, meet briefly during the day, or pick up something warm to take home. It stands on its own, both in structure and in purpose, becoming one of the everyday stops that give a neighborhood its character.
